Who I am

InspectorReady is built and operated by Berlik, a developer in Astana, Kazakhstan. Contact: hello@inspectorready.app.

There is no company team behind this page. I am the data controller for the waitlist and, once the product is live, for the account data you put into the app.

What I collect on this website

If you ask for early access, I store the email address you type, and the time you sent it. That is so I can write to you when your site is ready to set up. I do not use it for newsletters, ads or sale to anyone else.

If analytics is configured, PostHog runs in memory on this page. It does not set a cookie.

What the product stores, once you have an account

The app is a temperature and checklist log. It stores: your business name, the names of staff who take readings, fridge names, temperatures, timestamps, corrective-action notes, and any photo attached to a reading.

Those records are kept for 3 years. That is the period a food-safety log is expected to cover. I do not use them for advertising.

If you cancel, the archive stays available while the subscription is still active for that period. After that I will delete or anonymise the account data on request, unless a legal duty says I must keep it longer.

Legal basis

Waitlist email: your request (pre-contract). Product logs: the contract to provide the log, and your legal duty as a food business to keep records.

Processors

Hosting is on Cloudflare. Emails for early access may also go through Web3Forms if that inbox is connected. Analytics, if configured, is PostHog (EU cloud) with no cookie. Payments, when they start, will go through Paddle. Each of those sees only what they need to run that piece.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold, a correction, a deletion, or a restriction. Write to hello@inspectorready.app. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
